• 12 years - If our battery fails within 12 years we will fix or replace it free of charge. Our batteries were built to last. We use the best components including the industries best BMS (Battery Management System) as well as the strictest quality control and testing. Some restrictions may apply.
• 1 Year warranty on all chargers and accessories. If our chargers or other accessories fail due to our components or craftsmanship we will fix or replace it free of charge.
• Money Back Guarantee / Refund policy: We know you will love your new Next Gen Lithium batteries. However if you are not satisfied for any reason return them for a refund within 10 days of your purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Our lithium batteries are built to last 2000 - 5000 cycles. With proper care and correct charging our batteries should last well past our 12 year warranty. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear (life cycle usage) or negligence. If it is deemed your battery was used incorrectly you will be subject to a repair fee.
• Warranty applies to original owners and is non transferable. Purchaser must fill out and submit warranty registration card within 60 days of receiving order. You can submit your warranty card by mailing it to us or by emailing a screen shot to warranty@nextgenlithium.com
• Customer is responsible for return shipping of batteries and accessories for inspection. Please be advised some battery returns may require special packaging in order to meet lithium battery shipping requirements and can incur additional charges
